  • @angeliqueve

lots of things have changed about festivals, but it's still the same old mud. :)

  • @annimon Yeah...they played Atom Heart Mother with an Orchestra. The Part writing ( for once ) was quite innovative....I spent the time up to me knees in pure sloppy ole MUD.

  • I was there. Pink Floyd came on during the early hours of the morning?

  • my god what a line up

  • My highlight of the gig was sharing a joint with Grace Slick under the stage. I can't for the life of me remember who was playing. I think it was Led Zep...

The Byrds were amazing. The weather was wind and rain but they played for the festival goers and they were brilliant.

  • I was there too, saw the Byrds do a semi acoustic set due to rain , I think Skip Battin stood on a rubber mat while he played bass.

Hot Tuna's set was way better than Zep's.

Don't think the Airplanes set was that good but I did't care because was THERE!!!

  • @babsieann me too, great memories

  • I WAS THERE!

  • The second guitarist was Paul Kantner.

Marty Balin with some vocals and cow-bell.

The two MCs were Jeff Dexter and Andy Dunkley.

  • the rain was so bad for 2 days.to me the best performance of the weekend was steppenwolf
