Tough economic times causes stress on people and some behave in peculiar ways. A rowdy tenant causes a landlord to rethink their business relationship after he repeatedly fails to respond to several notices of the rent being due. What the landlord fails to notice is the tenant. He can't read. He can't write. He can't work. How can he possibly pay his rent at this time? When faced with eviction, the tenant must use what he can do to appeal to his landlord's sense of compassion or find himself on the streets.
