Strangest Mario World Death Ever?

A quick little video for today. So I was playing through a hack of Super Mario World and was in a level which had a key. I was making my way through this part with blue blocks, which is very awkward when you have a key AND a blue Yoshi you don't want to lose, when... THIS happened.

I discovered later that I didn't even need to go this far into the level to find the key hole. What a bunch of bollocks...

There's one in the underground levels (can't remember the exact one.) Where if you jump up and touch the ceiling to the far left it kills you if I remember correctly.
