@carolineartiss I cooked this! did the cake but used apricot jam on top of it and baked it. It becomes crusty but not dark. it was really good!. Im going to do your cheesecake next, but I cant find the freakin cream cheese anywhere lol. where do I buy it and how do I ask for it? you need to stop baking things cause youre gettin me fat lol

@florencelovme ooohhh! good idea.. love it! So any major supermarket will have cream cheese, just ask for cream cheese! hehe, you have to invite lot's of friends round to help you eat, that's what I do lol! X
