Sorry I couldn't respond sooner. I just spend 5 days with no power, in 100* weather. Meanwhile FEMA (aka Homeland Security) has meetings about it in their air conditioning and releases statements saying to have 3 days of food and water on hand. I read that on day 4 lol But I'm sure you know all about it, you sound like one of those people in the meetings. Excuse me while I do a search for a petition to abolish FEMA. Remember Katrina folks.
