Hi Chef,
Am from Singapore. I just tried out your tomato soup recipe and it turned out great :)
Just did a little modification though, I roasted red bell pepper on flame and added that together with onions, garlic carrot and rest of ingredients. And instead of water, I added vegetable stock. It turned out yummy. the smokey flavour of the roasted bell pepper and tomatoes was just great. My family is enjoying it now with homemade garlic sticks. Thanks a ton for the recipe Chef!!

Its the best recipe for Tomato Soup. Tried it last evening - came out wonderfully and was liked by all. A few grains of rice at the time of cooking tomatoes does give it a good texture. Thanks a lot for the recipe and the subtle tips.
