@TheJohn0000000001 RARE???????? Are you kidding me?????? This same kind of crap happened to me as well. Not only on the trip out, BUT on the trip BACK!!!!! Customer service was a total farce and they gave us a meal voucher for $6.00....in NEW YORK CITY! Um, that will get you about a candy bar there. I hope your Aunt finds a better place to work, because let me tell you Delta screwing up people's trips is NOT a rare occurrence.

I have to agree but my uncle works at delta as a pilot and he said that is a 1 out of 1,000,000,000 chance u ended up as that 1%
