Apple recently killed the App Switcher app, which would have allowed these icons to be used in the notification menu. This would have allowed a closer experience to the jailbroken Sbsettings app. Until we get a non-jailbroken Sbsettings app equivalent, these are just half measures. Better than nothing, but Apple is years behind the hackers.
