btw, i have used a toilet identicle to this one, at runnings farm and fleet here in Red Wing, MN, U.S., it was a crane plumbing, and the date on the back of the tank said 1996, and sense this one is identicle to the one at runnings, that also makes this one a crane plumbing, so, brand confirmed, its crane plumbing, i wouldn't doubt it, as crane plumbing is a "Canadian" plumbing brand, and my 2nd favorite plumbing brand
