Actually it was right before the opening of the 2007 Grand Prix of Edmonton (now it's the Edmonton Indy).
Those CF-18s (Hornets) were the fighter jets that were going to do a flyover as well. I just recorded our trip to CFB Edmonton because I had to handle another camera on the way back.
