When I noticed K-9 vehicles in parking lot I told my friend ,they (government) are again up to something outrageous.Yes,dog in black vehical,in a black cage with small vents,91 degrees outside temp.,no air condition,no fans,no wind.Officers where inside a bar,when they saw me taking pictures they came out to talk to me.It did not go well! The next day I called four government offices to complain,No one would take a complant. Apx. a year and a half later I was arrested by same Police dept. for taking video. I went to visit police dept.to see if it was the officer who had threaten me ( K-9 unit), was the officer who had recently arrested me.As always I record all encounters with government.To my surprise he gave me Audio to go with photos. Thank you, Taylor police.

The guy at the police station obviously didn't know about the air conditioning. He was still a douche, but in the end the dog was fine, and obviously he knows that those responsible for the dog will do their part.

@alexloldun Sorry, no fans, AC, and Vehicel not running. I could be wrong, but any vehicel I have seen running with AC on leaves water under engine. See photo.I did not plan to publish photos, but after surprise audio from a different matter, I thought audio would be proof. There is another witness to this matter. The day after this event I bought a video cam, and a audio recorder. Pay attention to your government, your not going like what you see. See my other videos, Mi. gov. is corrupt.
