This time it's an Evil Battle no it's the Evil Battle.
i had a hard time recording this video X.X
there is too much going on in that stage so the frame rate got a little bit down.
it's Shin Gouki vs the resurected Android rugal O.O what els is there to say? ^_^
i used a good BGM to go with that Stage
and the character I'm assigning that Stage to it which is Haiji ^^

so who will claim the throne of Ultimate Evil Rugal or Gouki o_0?

This vid is fake. It's not mugen, it's part of the new scam which is going around. They're using MUGEN sprites and other stuff to fool people into thinking it's actually mugen and that the screenpacks and stuff are "private releases." For example, note how when Rugal hits Shin Gouki, there's no hitsparks. That's right, folks, it's a scam. I've no idea why they're doing this, just that it's not right. Thanks to DARUMINATI for pointing this out.

You asshole, I settled that a while ago, I know it's not a scam. I jumped to conclusions and blamed Mugenmaster (my apologies) when I saw that people were making scam-mugen videos. I don't know what's the purpose, I just know that they were doing it a while ago.
