Rockman vs Dracula Wraith - Castlevania HoD hack

Castlevania, Harmony of Dissonance/Concerto of Midnight Sun is a good Castlevania game for the GBA, generally considered the weakest of the three on the GBA, it is still worthwhile.
An extensive hack for it called Revenge on the Findesiecle improves a number of things, namely the selection of playable characters.
Here's Rockman, one of the characters defeating the final boss, Dracula Wraith.

I find the underestimated sound ability bit a little confusing, since circle of the moon has a better quality sound font. I thought they made the music sound like this because this game pays homage to Simon, being the sequel to castlevania 2

@TranceCore3 Circle of the Moon was actually developed by an entirely different team, Konami Computer Entertainment Kobe. It was also retconned.

Good game though, rough around the edges admittedly though.

They wanted to recreate SotN for the GBA but couldn't pull it off.

You know that the audio was low quality because the team under-estimated the GBA's sound capabilities?
