0:09 second one photo there was a cat ?

Probably another fake conspiracy nut photo.

Not quite, it's more subtle than that. SOME is nonsense. The problem is sorting the wheat (truths) from the chaff (deceptions).
I believe the anomaly here is artificial and not a hoaxed image, for what that's worth. However, it could be a double bluff i.e. a lie that is meant to be found "accidentally" by researchers. The discovery is then easily believed to be true.
NASA controls most space related images. Researchers closely scrutinise them, but rarely the negatives.

Succinct and referenced. Nice work!

we can look pictures all day n night ,but there only a few ways we are only really going to know, you may hate em or love em,i like em, 1 the Chinese/Indians (as they too don't trust n stated what nasa has told everyone) clep org cn are going to the moon in 10-20 years interesting thing is they are intending to going to this region 2 someone who is not not connected to NASA, government, ie a civilian (not really possible or a easy task) makes a rocket and goes up there verifies all this.
-
you should know by now that everything that comes out of NASA's mouth is CRAP!!!!!

@frostek the belts dont make radiation, but they do focus it just as a lenses focus light. the moon is bathed in deadly cosmic radiation from the suns solar flares. i suspect all intelegent life stays at home. except apolloman. some day man will create life on purpose just to prove nature did it by accident. until that happens, nature didnt create life.

@TooDarnSoulful - The Moon is boring.
-
The picture is zoomed in so far the image has begun to pixelate. It's impossible to say what we're looking at, but the most likely answer is an interesting rock formation, and not a "huge alien base".
-
@datzfast - The radiation in the Van Allen belts is only deadly if you sit there and wait twiddling your thumbs for no good reason. And how would these alleged aliens not have had problems with the cosmic radiation levels out in space? If they couldn't manage that they would never have been able to reach us to start with.
its the abandoned moonbuggy

@sscholle333 No, it's not. LRO pictures resolution is not good enough to see a human size object, so it's something else, and bigger than a 'moonbuggy'...

@sscholle333 ... and the picture is taken in 1967. Official first moon landing is in 1969.

If you do a search on here for... I think it was 'Forbidden archaeology' or something like that, you'll find all sorts of interesting videos where they show a lot of discoveries by archaeolgists that have been pushed aside because they don't fit in to the picture so to speak. In this case they found ancient 'man made' relics 3 miles deep under a mountain. They dated it at something like 50 million years old. They also have found metal balls incased in solid granite. They'd have to be older.
