I think the original video for this got deleted or removed from nnd since I downloaded the song. I'm really not sure what the video even had been since I just usually go to nicosound. So in other words, this background is just an image that I personally chose to go with the song.

If you're wondering, the song is mooost likely intended to be BL. It's a cover of a song that is originally meant to be a guy and a girl singing to each other. There are other Vocaloid versions of this song that feature a guy and girl pair in them. So yeah, make no mistake, it's about two dudes singing their love to each other. |D There aren't any really important lyric changes that would alter that either.
