Thessaloniki, Greece January 26th 2010 - Immigrants demand changes to the law that will allow them and their children to obtain Greek citizenship more easily. There were also protests and marches in central Athens.
Its funny how all these industrialized countries (including mine) rely on immigrant labor to produce a profit margin and yet they are still being treated like second class citizens. Little do people realize that if immigrants become citizens they are subject to the same taxation which funds numerous social programs that they are supposedly "raping". Social Security wouldnt be a deficit problem anymore and Health Care costs for EVERYONE would decrease under our current system. WAKE UP WORLD.
if immigrants dont like our treatment then they can leave.
they offer nothing but troubles anyway.
