Nice video, but definitely leave the claer application tape on until after its stuck to the skin I would only ever use once though: on health reasons as you always get skin particles on the sticky side, and it just looks bad to customers to see them being re-used, especially when they are so cheap to but. I get mine from cheeky-tatz,co,uk as they have some nice unique designs and only 25p each!!
step one should be to peel off the the 2 top layers. the clear film over the top is to keep the stencil intact (especially when there is more than one piece to the stencil. Once you have taken off the top to layers, then lay it on the skin... last, peel off the clear film. this insures your stencil doesn't rip as well. This particular stencil is simple, so it worked to just peel off the clear layer first.
