Setting in the neck, Routing the pockets, routing the channels for the wires, filing the frets, glueing on the body veneer laying out the bridge and tail pice, painting the pick up pockets with black conductive paint, and dremel routing the headstock inlay.

  • @robbiemclark @robbiemclark I actually finished this guitar about 2 years ago. if u look under my videos u'll fin a work in progress #6 as well as a vid of it completed and a demo of it.

  • Did you apply the veer before or after you cut the body shape. If so, how did you trip it?

  • I glued the vineer after. i trimed it using a plunge router using a router bit with a baring on the bottom.

  • Did you have any problems with "tear-away" of the veneer by using the plunge router?

  • no i didnt u just have to be very careful u are always going in the direction. My veneer was 1/4 in thick it might not work as well on thiner ones as well.
