I have tried everything to get these rotton jerks to stop calling us. NOTHING HELPS damn it!

Huh, me too, well since 2008. I wonder if Card Services or any of the other folks breaking the law is providing funding to certain political parties in return for not being pursued by the legal authorities. Kind of like law enforcement people being told not to enforce certain laws that the administration does not agree with.
