OK it looks really cool and sounds good too but my question is what happens when it gets hot wont it melt the plastic under tail?

@kitdog1976 So far no problems with heat. The seat doesn't get hot nor does the plastic tail even get close to melting temp. The twin aluminum silencers do a great job of dissipating heat.

can you buy those mufflers online or did u get them from some store, if you got them online can you post the link to the website because by far that is the sweetest looking 250r exhaust job that I have ever seen

@woto8589 The mufflers or silencers are made by Toomey Racing, the header back is made by me. Basically you can use any muffler that will fit the bike as long as you can rout tubing to it( that's the hard part)

did you have to costume fit that exhaust or is it an after market exhaust that is made to fit under the tail. it sounds good

Yes the whole exhaust system is custom except for the silencers those are manufactured by Toomey Racing.

Undertail exhaust are restrictive. They aren't very efficient. The bike wasn't designed for an under tail exhaust, I hop the suspension doesn't bottom out on a bump and smash the piping.

But it's a little 250 so, restriction isn't really a problem.

@fastfreeks Not saying that your a lier but my carburetor is right by the plastic on my and it gets hot to a good point and that isn't a exhaust. So yeah.
