Me and Bobby McGee - Janis Joplin Cover by Luv Tyler Vocal and Nathan Hanna Banjo

Luv Tyler sings Me and Bobby McGee. I just met Luv while she was singing on the bench in front of Annie's Boutique in downtown Eureka Springs. This was the first song we played together, and we didn't even know each others name until after we finished the song. I didn't fully know just how truly magnificent Luv was until she just kept on singing, and so I just kept on playing. Amazing! Before Luv's performance here, I didn't think it was possible for anyone to sing Janis like this! If you listen at the end, Annie give me and Luv some very specific instructions, "Hey! keep on playin', Stay ", so that's what we did. I never even thought about playing Bobby McGee on banjo before I met Luv; it just happened.
