Bankruptcy Update III - Spring 2008

Minneapolis-Minnetonka-Hopkins attorney Dave Kelly comments on what the Senate has done to the bankruptcy provisions of the mortgage relief bill currently pending in Congress. To his disappointment, the part allowing mortgage balances to be reduced by bankruptcy judges has been deleted, at least for now.
