@theslothmonkey i'm 80per cent sure it's a Lithodora diffusa (Heavenly Blue) as this plant does very well on walls and rocks, (alpine plant) if you google portraitsofalpineplants, they have an excellent website with tons of info about alpine plants ps. you can achieve same look on the wall with most of short alpine plants ,i used blue
