I'd like to assume that anyone doing massage already knows their anatomy. It'd be more helpful to show technique. I know where Levator is and what it does, as should anyone who is doing massage.

Will you please show me how to identify/palpate the levator scapulae in sitting in relation to the anterior border of the trapezius and posterior border of the scalene. It is difficult to palpate in this position through the trapezius
