Yes! That used to be the last verse of the song, but I think he actually said "and let the winter bring the spring rain, I'll be kicking through this cruel world holding a notion of you at 11:11." The internet lyrics of the original don't make any sense. Dump truck of human 11:11? But I do remember there being that extra verse.

11:11 makes a lot of sense. I keep seeing it every time, everywhere. 11:11 means like a door just for few people to see its like a secret message. he consciously or unconsciously knows about it. investigate here in youtube or google about 11:11. the song will have more sense :)
