Well, duduk is Armenian musical instrument, recently modified and used in other countries as well. Some of the instruments used in other compositions are similar to persian ones, but that is normal considering our interaction throughout thousands of years. But as you can see, the music is still quite unique and those instruments behave completely differently in Armenian compositions.

Doodok- Bulgaria, Serbia, Mey - Turkey, Duduki - Georgia, Balaban - Azerbaijan -- all those are slightly modified versions of Duduk, a 3000 years old Armenian instrument spread over all the neighbouring countries because of the Ottoman empire. The instrument is also world known and included in the UNESCO world heritage list as a unique instrument with Armenian origin. Original Duduk is made of Apricot tree (Prunus Armeniaca) and can be found unmodified for over 3000 years in Armenia only.
