@nationalcommunism (Continuation of prev. comment)
Let's examine the first half of the 3rd line of the 3rd verse.
Original version:
"For the glory of our Vozhd' (Chief)". This was a reference to Stalin.
This version:
"For the glory of the birth-giving Party". This is clearly a reference to the CPSU.
The lyrics were probably revised between Stalin's death and the fall of the USSR, as indicated by the reference to the CPSU that a songwriter in the Russian Federation wouldn't make.

@nationalcommunism Actually, this version is probably a de-Stalinised, but still Soviet-era version. The original chorus says (literally):
"Artillerists, Stalin has given the order Artillerists, The Motherland calls us"
Here the first line of the chorus is: "Artillerists, the order is clearly given". Stalin's name was removed.
This alone may suggest that it is not a Soviet-era version. But... (To be continued)

This is the best song.

This is my favourite
this is the artillerist anthem of Russia Federation, not soviet union. The original chorus should be "artillerists, Stalin gave us order! Artillerists the soviet calls us forth"something like that...im english
