Another dusty one from the closet: "Rumor has it that an old caretaker and his dog lived in the basement of the old Downtown Houston Library. The caretaker loved to play his violin (fiddle) after hours. He's no longer alive, but the tunes he played can occasionally still be faintly heard."
This piece was shot in about 4 hours. The effects were the best we could do with our resources at the time... and the pacing of the editing could've been much better, but I think it still works... so I'm considering re-cutting it and re-doing the effects with AE. The End?
Kirk, I'm delighted to find myself narrating "The Fiddlin' Ghost," a several years old interview captured by a Houston tour company. I'll be mentioning it in my e-journal "Will's Texana Monthly" and blog "The Texas Bookshelf." Can we talk. Thanks, Will Howard
