There is no state destroying these records in order to make them electronic. What a bunch of nonsense. The fact is Obama's birth cert is a forgery, he wasn't born here and is a usurper to the nation's highest office. Period. Why isn't the U.S. Military defending our constitution?

@Bigone5555J What she probably refered to was a 338-17.8 form, because she carefully never says that she saw his Hawaii birth record.

Google the following to see what Obama's original birth certificate is supposed to look like. My Hawaii certificate is also the black form.

San Diego went to electronic health records including birth certificates and I recently got a PAPER copy of my birth certificate and i was born in 1962. Just 4 years after the antichri_oops, I mean obama.
The former Director (now resigned) more than likely removed the 338-17.8 form. Google that one: Hawaii Statute 338-17.8. I telephoned and checked: My Hawaii birth record is still in file, and I was born years before Obama.

@DougDaCosta, Bottom line-CNN spreads lies. Just last week, Anderson Cooper had Donald Trump on the phone, and Trump said, I heard Obama's birth certificate doesn't exist. Cooper then asked, "Who told you that?" What's the truth? As you just saw in the video-CNN did!

It's amazing that this is still going while Obama gears up for another "hope and change" campaign built on transparency. Let's get his all his records out there for the public. After all if you're starting work for a new company, you have to release certain documents to them, so why shouldn't the President who's working for the people get special treatment. I want to know if this guy is indeed as intellectual as everyone claims he is.

@davitodude, " I want to know if this guy is indeed as intellectual as everyone claims he is." LOL, Of course not. I wonder if he needs his blackberry with him to order a hamburger.

You can discard it, and still have it on file. Where is the discrepency? There is none

@kzdavis1000, Yes, but, just last week, the prior Hawaii Health Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, told MSNBC that she saw it twice-once in 2008 and again in 2009, so how could it have been destroyed in 2001? Then again, she is the only person in the world, claiming to have actually seen it.
