its WW3.. it takes place in 1989. its a What if the cold warnever ended. Russia invades America.
And whats are graphics card? you would prolly have to play lowest settings and still be laggy....i play highest settings with no lagg cause my pc pwns

The only thing I hated in this game was that when I wasn't zoomed in, the big icons covered the nice graphic tanks, infantry etc. but nice game, love it

sry... but that song is horrible to listen to. Great video though. Is WiC gameplay like Age of Empires, Empire Earth and C&C (build army and fight battles on same map), or is it like the total war games (build army and fight battles on separate maps)?

None of the above? There is no resource gathering so no "building an army" you basically get an allotted amount of money choose a class and use the money on those units and team up with your buddies. It's better if you ask me.
