We read 116 sheep in around 56 seconds. roughly 1/3rd had HDX 25mm, 1/3rd FDX 25mm and 1/3rd glass 16mm transponders. 3 sheep had lost their tags. we read 94% successfully, the 6% were the glass transponders. we have imporved on this by pre-handling the sheep prior to their entry into the gate, this slows them down by around 8% but read rates are closer to 100%
