McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez hosts a press conference to announce the arrests of a couple allegedly involved in the Target security breach. Mary Carmen Garcia Vaquera and Daniel Guardiola Dominguez of Monterrey were arrested Jan. 19 at Anzaldua's Bridge when they tried to cross into the U.S. Officials say the suspects were carrying 112 fraudulent credit cards when they were taken into custody. Chief Rodriguez is urging residents to monitor their bank accounts daily. He's also encouraging local merchants to report any suspicious activity.
