that guy didn't do anything wrong in this clip, save for being overly-confident/cocky. he might be really fat and ugly, but there's nothing wrong with asking for sexual favors or for making sexual advances, and it makes no difference if a man approaches a woman, or a woman approaches a man, or a man approaches a man, or a woman approaches a woman. if someone makes a pass at you, and you're not interested, you say no thanks, and if they continue after that, THEN they've done something wrong.
