This sculpture was originally created for the artist's young daughters to show some of the effects of drug abuse. The lesions and more graphic aspects were deliberately not depicted. Sculpting is amazing, when done by a skilled artist. As a 2D artist I am just in total awe of people who can bring a figure to life in 3 dimensions like this guy has, with such skill. The anatomy is so beautiful and the way the womans' bones have started to protrude is so much like how it happens in real life.

Incredible skill, but it looks like he's saying that if someone has has an eating disorder or lack of appetite from a medical condition or treatment, and doesn't wash their hair for a few days, they look like as if they're on meth. What I'm saying is, stereotyping what people on drugs are supposed to "look like" is not very nice, because I'm sure there are people who look normal and use hard drugs, and people who don't who may just need treatment for something or a shower.
