It seems like the battle speed is slower than on my game. Is there some way to lower the speed of the battles?

well, maybe this question is out of place, but could someone tell me if the ps2 has regional lock? i mean, if a japanese game can be played in the us console, and if that is the case, is there a way to awoid the lock?

I'm not sure. I think its because when I uploaded it, it didn't fully upload all the files that it needed. Don't you need to have the original Melty Blood in order to play Act Cadenza?
