4 Years Later , with FENSA intervention, Bay only just made compliant to Building Regs, not FENSA regs Which AHI was working too, and tried in vein to convince me of this, so they did not have to put in the legally required spreader plates, this is all of their own making, completely taking away 4 years from a customers life, it's Criminal what this company is getting away with, I blamed FENSA for allowing this to happen under their instruction, guess what, i then got some threats from the CEO of FENSA, i wont go into details, but if i don;t sign the gagging order not to talk about the abuse i have been subjected too, contained in the report, as AHI says its an internal matter for the company, to deal with, i have complained about the abuse, in 3 years they ignored me, all in writing and signed for, i kept asking and asking, no reply ignorant to the CORE. i could tell the public story after story they are clueless installing windows, the level of damage unbelievable and they won't repair, my and many other damage they have caused to this day not done, i have spent thousands my self , on repairs, i cannot sell my home as planned to do 4 years ago, advice, record everything, film everything if you have this company do any work for you, do it.
Even better go and get your windows from a reputable company, don't be blinded by the nice website, it's a smoke screen, intended to get as much money from you as they can, and if they can get away with it, they will at least try, one 84 year old lady they did this too, and dragged her through hell, and reported in news paper, one of their employees can tell you about the Directors reported in the newspapers, the horror stories go on and on and on and on and on and on and on , where doe's it stop with this company, { it's Broke, and cannot be fixed}.
For any customer out there, if you suspect building regs have not be complied with, contact your local Building Control immediately, do not wait, as companies throw a smoke screen up, making promises, you have i believe 12 months in which to contact building control, if building regs have been broken B.C will be able to take action. do not delay.

AHI, will only communicate through their legal representative and will not get involved in any further direct communication with either the client or via GGF or FENSA. and yet AHI in an earlier Letter, state they have never ignored or refused to Speak with FENSA and the GGF.

What's going on AHI, your leaving a trail of Customer with damaged bays, one man your ignoring all his emails, letters have a look at the vids, it's ok, we know your doing this, then you walk away, stating as usual the customer refused access, clever trick, you obviously have years of experience in this, YOU WERE PAID IN 2005, after sending your bogus debt collector out, trying to obtain money before the job was finished, nice trick, your not getting away with this.

Taking photos of Customers without Consent, if you had taken photos of my family and not just me and my dad, i would have had the lot of you Arrested.
Families need protecting from this kind of Act.
For the CEO and Directors to ignore every letter ever sent in 3 and a half years, is an outrage, asking for reasons why you took these photographs, we know it was to intimidate given the circumstances. your not getting away with this.
