i've got the savage .22 and your right their is that clip issue, but mine shoots true everytime, and it will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger without jamming.
It's 137$ .and when I take out the mag I use my index finger to push the lever forward bb and pull it out with the rest of my fingers.also when I first bought this rifle I shot it right when I got home and it fired perfectly without jamming now three days later I still haven't cleaned it and I've shot it every day since I bought it and it hasn't jammed.
@seti48 hmm, what kinds of rounds did you fire? i'm using copper plated hollowpoints from federal in the bulk pack. and i've never had a jam or a misfire or any problems, i took a screw driver and just worked the magazines i got up and down a couple dozen times to break that spring in, its still not easy but it is alot easier. how do you like your marlin by comparison?
i bought one of these which included a scope for $125. if the clip isnt in just right it either wont feed or it will jamb. also the scope was chear. also, the bolt does not lock back after the last round. try and get 10 rounds into the clip- good luck.
I went out then bought a marlin .22 auto for $125 (no scope) which is a much better rifle all around.
what the hell is your point i just bought the sane rifle and put a bushnell scope and laser sight on it i googled how to deck out a savage 64 f . i guess you have no idea but to not understand a word you say you sound like jd from the howard stern shoe ..mush mouth .sorry dont mean to be rude but make a point for christ sakes guns firs great going to check mine out with the new scope this weekend keep on making killa videos .

Why do people insist on doing reviews of firearms, prior to actually shooting them! Makes no sense to me.
