I am friends with Mark Herman who is directing the new Boy In The Striped Pyjamas. It's currently in post production but he is having a bit of trouble with the ending. Distributors belive the film can end with Bruno surviving, Mark is fighting this however.

Thanks for your comment. The voice is that of the boy wearing the striped pyjamas; I called him Jacob. he speaks in English in this version because most of the audience for which the Sequence is intended are English-speaking. The voice has a German accent as we deliberately arranged for this through a German friend. There is a version spoken in the French language lower down in the list of Sequences. It's produced with the kind help of Belgian friend; several events are in France.
