  • Stunning !

  • Not bad for a senior citizen!

  • @rexydad Wow, incredible to finally get to SEE Louis Jordan with his organ combo... Many people don't realize that Jordan was the guy who encouraged all those pianists to switch to organ long before Jimmy Smith and Chris was THE original Jazz organ drummer. My fave too!!!

  • @jukeboxjohn

Are you sure the guitarist isn't Billy Butler?

  • Wow!!! I miss This guy!

  • This was THE BEAT a swinging Music showcase that featured people like Freddie King, Louis Jordan, T-Bone and a lot of other Cool Cats!! Yes it was filmed in Dallas, Texas.

  • Chris Columbo was a good friend and a great drummer. He was Sonny Paine' of Basie fame's' father
