EVE Online - Lvl 5 Mission goes horribly wrong

I managed to fraps end of our fight against pirates during our corp Lvl 5 mission. At first there was only Gila, but then another 5 pirates quickly jumped in. They were getting hammered (after some experience with lvl 5 mission we fitted webs and scramblers). After few minutes they called for reinforcements, which was about 15-20 guys. We hold a bit, but we eventually lost. But we did manage to save our command ship (Nighthawk) and my alt with Noctis, everyone else died heroic death (well we didn't die, just our ships were destroyed)

@Theonlypayne You should already have something selected as a warp to the moment you realise you are about to sie, then spam warp to on the item selected box.
