  • HOW can these judges argue AGAINST the application of Constitutional rights ANYWHERE?? And one judge says "it will provoke a firestorm of litigation" if the Constitution is allowed to intrude. What kind of stupid argument is that??  If the corruption is that widespread then maybe there SHOULD be a "firestorm of litigation" Hell we could GREATLY reduce litigation merely by legalizing libel, slander, theft, manslaughterm etc. etc. etc.

  • regarding the idea that Twin Rivers wipes out all constitutional rights -- wonder what would happen if a condo board demanded that condo owners turn in their guns to the association in violation of the 2nd Amendment...I wonder how long it would take the NRA to climb all over them... ;)
