  • Wow that for a Zenair? Changing the take off length from 120 feet to 3 feet.

  • I just wonder what the advantage is to this engine if it only generates 90 hp. The rotax engine does that and a Wankel rotary engine would generate about 180 hp in the same cowling space? Of course Mazda will stop production of the Wankel Rotary this year but I feel sure that there are other engines that can generate even more HP in the same space.

  • it's only 90hp, so would be useless in an 801...you need 180-200hp for the 801.
