Bureaucracy can be a big enough challenge in Russia, even if you're able-bodied, but if you're living with a disability and the nearest form of transport is far away, dealing with it can become a nightmare.

  • Why is the Ruskie media hiding this? There's only like 3 videos about this serious issue! WTF?

  • @enuvune I wish I can hear you say that once you have a retarded child born with no arms or legs!

  • The handicapped infrastructure is a great benefit for the whole of society, especially those with aging populations, confirmed time and again.

Wheelchair accessible lifts and buses; lowered curbsides on streetcorners, ramps in favour of stairs, etc etc all of these have practical benefits even for many persons who are not among the more severely handicapped.

Something for young persons with full health to think about.

  • one doesnt have legs, one doesnt have hands.... thy were made for each other.

  • just make HYPER expensive OVER TAXED society like

Western Europe (Scandinavia) WELL equipped for disabled and you'll understand that

system is unsustainable even for the richest countries !

WHY learning from other peoples mistakes when you can do your own ?!

GO Russia be stupid in EURO style way !

  • Are you suggesting eugenics?

  • survival of the fittest.
