@lefebvrer3289 You're thinking of a 4-way stop, which this isn't. He had a green arrow, which means the black car had a red light. There is NO occasion when someone with a red light has right of way, especially over someone with a green light.
@lefebvrer3289 Are you high? The green arrow indicates right of way during a turn. This means that the light for the person making a right is RED, which means STOP and yield the right of way.
@lefebvrer3289 Negitive sir, if shes turning right and he has a green arrow (PROTECTED TURN = RIGHT OF WAY) then the other car has a RED light which means she must STOP! That's telling me that you have a stop sign and I don't but you have the right of way.
Actualy you cant drive, The driver making the right hand turn had the right of way, when crossing lanes of traffic you are second to the right. Green arrow or not.
@jazzyjackyrabbit Two lanes or not, if he had an arrow (which he did) that means she has a red light which means STOP. She has STOP (which she didn't) and wait until traffic is clear (which it wasn't). The number of lanes is of no consequence, since he would have had right-of-way to BOTH of them.
where does this guy get its driving licence?
