so i this contex bogie is refering to the coachs not the bogies on the coachs or the anxes on the bogies or even the the wheels ont he axles ont he bogies.

lol, ok i see what you mean, u mean bogie refering to a unit, byt the technical term for bogie in the railway context is the wheel chasis unit.
