very few (if any VCRs) back then so I audio taped the movie (and the CBS LM bumpers) onto 2 cassette tapes and used to listen to those tapes and "rewatch" the movie in my head. (I still have those tapes stuck in a box somewhere.). Anyway, I became a lifelong FP fan after that night. Do you have any idea what year that was-- 1977 maybe?

The EXACT thing happened to me! It's interesting how people who do not know each other and who live (most likely) in different parts of the country could have been so intrigued by a seemingly commonplace event over 30 years ago and that our memories of that night remain so imprinted that we both felt like sharing that experience. suddenly I'm 10 years old, and I can stay up late because it's Thanksgiving Eve and there's no school, and my mom is up chopping up fixings and mixing pies to pop into the oven first thing in the morning. I even remember the movie: "The Doberman Gang"!

great song, very peaceful, makes me think of what it will be like to be in heaven and come face to face with my savior and lord jesus christ as well as my long lost relatives, especially my papaw grady "hack" wilson. thank you to WHOEVER posted this - you are BRILLIANT!!!
