Tho' the days are long
Twilight sings a song
Of the happiness that used to be
Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams you're always near to me
I'll see you in my dreams
Hold you in my dreams
Someone took you out of my arms
Still I feel the thrill of your charms

Lips that once were mine
Tender eyes that shine
They will light my way tonight
I'll see you in my dreams

(Solo)

Lips that once were mine
Tender eyes that shine
They will light my way tonight
I'll see you in my dreams

They will light my lonely way tonight
I'll see you in my dreams

  • Very very very nice. Great idea to combine that version with the images. Beautiful.

  • This song makes me cry! :'(

  • when Joe Brown sang this at the end of the concert for George it made me tear up....so lovely, especially when the rose petals fell from the ceiling....thank you for making this beautiful tribute to George, great photos...

  • It was a very short period, wasn't it? Thinking about it now, the Beatles were a precocious bunch of creative teenagers who had the ability and opportunity to create something fantastical, but like all teenagers they grew up which is something we didn't understand. We like to see them as timeless, for they represent our lost youth.

  • Very nice video for George... very sweet song... thanks...!!!
