    Beautiful video. Love your What to Drink with What to Eat book and look forward to this one. I really appreciate that the Somms are explaining your objectives: everyone on this video is walking the talk. I think it's important for people to know that having an education in wine and initials after one's name is a career move not a necessity at all for thoroughly enjoying a glass of wine with a meal.
