  • slow down. you are using your legs to gain momentum to keep going fast, slow down while you go down, you will gain more out of it.

    Hey mate....they're called "kipping" pull ups...check them out, totally different to strict and you actually get a lot of them! Just look at the volume of work put through ALL muscles in movements in like that.

  • @EIRONA dawg, did you read the title? they're kipping pullups not normal pullups. kipping pullups use body motion and inertia to do the pullup, hence the back and forth

  • They are called pull ups for one reason. You pull yourself up and not back then forward. Although I admit you are fit but you could not carry out this number of correct pull ups but I would imagine still a good number.

  • It's just bad form. bad for you back mainly but joints being your wrist, elbow & shoulder should never be intentionally stressed like that. If you did that type of shit everyday you would have problems real fast.Try lifting yourself without throwing your weight around like a moron to make it easier on you. kipping=cheating yourself. have the self control not to have movement below the waist, then your really working only your upper body getting the most out of your work out.control coming down
