    Very cool thu. I DO prefer the "newer" version cos it does seem to have alot more options of counter-attacking, than the traditional.

    "There are no rules to what we can do in Kata. Its only how we practice it". Every traditional Martial Artist should feel the same way. I liked the way it was explained. Good Job.
